Unlock Your Hip Flexors

 

Friends, do you suffer from hip pain.  If you’re like me, your work history may have to progressed from manual labor to an office environment.  I’ll have to admit that, at first, I loved it – enclosed climate controlled environment and sitting in an office chair for the greater part of my work day.  What more can a guy ask for right, “This must be the life”, right?  Not exactly.  I began to notice over a long period of time that my hips began to become stiff and jolts of pain from time to time.  Although I had given smoking up years ago, sitting had become the new smoking.  I immediately started basic regimen of routine stretching and taking natural supplements like Turmeric help with any inflammation.

Gym Membership or Resistance Band?

bands2My single resistance band was delivered on the same day as my inversion table.  I am very happy with this product!  I am going to offer 3 benefits of the utilization and promoting the purchase of such an awesome work out equipment.
